Description
The cable gland fishtape is a long flexible fiber cable with one end equipped with a pulling eye and the other with a flexible elastic head. It is used to insert electrical cables into corrugated pipes. Helical cable pulling fishtape in polyester, orange, Ø 4 mm, 15 meters, with interchangeable terminals. The ø 4 mm nylon fishtape is indicated in civil electrical installations and is ideal for short and tortuous sections. The interchangeable brass fittings are threaded directly on nylon; with high breaking load, they are practical and easy to replace. It is a professional fairlead fishtape that minimizes friction, as it halves the contact surface of the fishtape with the walls of the tube to be inserted or with cables already present in the pipeline. The helical polyester fishtapes facilitate both the threading and the pulling operations with considerable time savings; they are equipped with threaded brass terminals which allow the easy interchangeability of the various accessories. So even with a very long fishtape it will be possible to insert short sections without, therefore, having to remove the whole fishtape. After inserting it, just unscrew the tip and screw the terminal, to be ready for pulling the cables.
