Description
Lemon balm, also known as Melissa officinalis, comes from the same family as mint. It’s native to Europe, North Africa, and West Asia, but it’s grown around the world. The leaves, which have a mild lemon aroma, are used to make health products and flavour foods. It is traditionally used as a sleeping aid and digestive tonic, although it can be consumed as a tea, taken as a supplement or extract, or rubbed on the skin in balms, lotions and oil drops. Lemon balm essential oils are often used in diffusers for aromatherapy, where it’s used to relieve stress, anxiety and keep you calm. Keep calm & relax with Horbaach Melissa Lemon Balm Extract!
