Add 4 to 6 drops into your room diffuser to create a aromatic atmosphere. Add 4 to 6 drops of essential oil into carrier oil and add to running water for a fragrant bath. Add 5 drops of essential oil to 20 ml of carrier oil for a relaxing massage.
