Mussini artists’ natural resin-oil colours are unique throughout the world. Following the traditions of the Italian Art School – they are named after Professor Cesare Mussini, of the Academy of Fine Art in Florence and adopt his long-standing formulations using only the best traditional artists’ pigments along with several newly developed pigments – in the highest possible concentrations.
This is a fabulous range of 108 colour tones – including 64 single pigments enabling pure mixtures and 42 exquisite translucent and semi-translucent tones. The exceptional brilliance and optimum light – fastness of the individual colour tones, and their ‘pasty’ consistency, make the oils extremely pleasant to apply.
