The niroxal socket cap screws made of high-quality stainless V2A steel with hexagon socket are ideal for many applications and especially for outdoor use.
The DIN 912 or ISO 4762 compliant screws have a metric ISO thread with best corrosion protection. The stainless steel screws in cylindrical form can therefore be perfectly used in mechanical engineering, for example. The corrosion resistance of the socket cap screws with partial thread was also improved by a passivated surface. The very tough hexagonal drive, which is compatible with Allen screws, was manufactured using cold forming and therefore offers the best stability and durability in addition to an optimum fibre flow. The cold forming process is qualitatively superior to hot forming. Therefore, our screws with standard thread produce positive as well as non-positive connections with other machine parts, stainless steel profiles, stainless steel supports or other components both inside and outside. The optional screw locking can be achieved mechanically by a snorkel washer or chemically by the screw adhesive Loctite.
