The all purpose 20cm non-stick fry pan is Ideal for frying eggs, making pancakes and omelettes or even browning onions. It features a quality brushed 18/10 stainless steel body, a lid with steam vents and a solid cast stainless steel stay-cool riveted handle, helper handle and lid knob. It is easy to pour with a folded and crushed edge. It also includes capacity markings. The 7mm encapsulated base provides even heat distribution, which helps prevent the burning of food. However stainless steel is a poor conductor of heat, so it is important to make sure you choose a range with an encapsulate base and if necessary that is also suitable for induction. An encapsulated base includes a disc of aluminium, which is a much better heat conductor, sandwiched between two stainless steel discs on the base. The thicker the aluminum disc is more effective with heat conduction.

The stainless steel lids have steam vents that ensure the pressure does not build up thereby reducing boiling over and preventing the lid from being stuck in place (due to the creation of a vacuum when the food cools).
There are five sizes of handle to ensure that the balance and comfort of use is right for every pan. The cast stainless steel handles are virtually indestructible and every piece can be used in the oven or under the grill.
Supreme can be cleaned by hand or in the dishwasher. If cleaning by hand, using hot soapy water and a soft abrasive will give the best results. A harder abrasive can be used for the uncoated pieces if necessary. Be careful when using a harder abrasive on the stainless steel, while not affecting its perfromance, it will scratch and mark a little. The hard abrasive should not be used on non-stick items as the coating will scratch and deteriorate. However as previously stated if you prefer all the pieces are dishwasher safe.
