The Actiroll Wave S fascia roller – made in Germany – is a new air-filled and at the same time hard roller that is used as a regeneration tool for self-massage and relaxation. The Actiroll can be easily and continuously adjusted to different degrees of hardness with the optionally available Togu ball pump. This makes the Actiroll perfect for achieving new progressions in the application and working with different people and requirements. Compared to foam rollers, no material fatigue occurs. The air filling while remaining hard surface of the product creates an absorbent (rebounding) effect. Thanks to the wave structure, the massage effect is softer and even. How is the Actiroll used? When massaging using your own body weight, adhesions and tension can be released. The blood circulation of the whole body can thus be promoted.
